Transportation

·         Airport to hotel on arrival hotel to airport on departure in Islamabad.

·         Air-conditioned mini bus Islamabad to Skardu.

·         Air-conditioned transportation for briefing, debriefing and sightseeing in Islamabad.

·         4x4 jeeps/Toyota seaters from Skardu to Askoli and from Askoli/Hushe to Skardu (shared by 4/5 pax).

·         Jeeps for transportation of group luggage to from Skardu to Askoli and from Askoli or Hushe to Skardu on return.

·         One-way air fare between Skardu-Islamabad (flights are subject to weather conditions in case of flight cancellation surface transfer to Islamabad).

·         Airport to hotel transfer in Skardu.

·         Free baggage allowance 15 kilograms from Islamabad to Askoli and back to Islamabad.

Note: Cancellation of flight two or three days before actual departure can affect reservation. That means the passenger booked for earlier days will have priority. Flight between Islamabad – Skardu or visa versa is not guaranteed at all.

Accommodation

Hotel accommodation is based on following hotels sharing twin occupancy.

Islamabad: Envoy Continental/Pak Continental  (03 nights) with Breakfast

Chilas: Panorama Inn/Shangrila Midway   (01/02 nights) with three meals

Skardu: Mashabrum Inn/ Concordia (03 nights) with three meals

Note: If rooms in the hotels mentioned above are not available, the accommodation in the hotels with equal standard will be provided.

Portage (low altitude porters)

·         Low altitude porters (their wages, food, equipment, tarpaulin, cooking stove and insurance) to carry food, camping equipment and group luggage.

·         Free baggage allowance of 15 kilograms per trekker to carry personal gear.

Taxes and Fees

·         Trekking Fee

·         Road taxes

·         Camping fees during trek.

·         Bridge crossing fees.

Note:

In case of pollution, fine/penalties will be the responsibility of trekking member or group.

Camping Equipment

·         Sleeping tent shared by two pax

·         Toilet tent

·         Complete mess tent/table/chairs

Note: In case of swear damage to sleeping tent, the cost of tent will be charged.

Kitchen Equipment

·         Kitchen tent.

Food (Meals)

Note: During trekking picnic lunch will be provided

Local staff

Daily wages, food, kit, insurance, accommodation of following staff is included in the price.

Note:  Helicopter rescue of staff is not included as no insurance company offers this service.
